Roger has led major community projects including the Hale-Trafalgar Overpass, the HELP Clean Water Initiative, and Veterans Memorial Parkway.

As President of Residenza Affordable Housing, Roger's team built more than 300 affordable homes for seniors, veterans, and low-income families.
